I’m proud to announce that Landlord Furniture is now sponsoring The Beespace Podcast.
Six years ago, through the magical world of Instagram, I crossed paths with an incredible person, Lisa, one half of Landlord Furniture Company.
It all began with a little message through my BEESPACE Instagram account. Lisa, drawn in by my interiors at the time, reached out, and what started as a conversation about kids, dreams of living the farm life, and, of course, property, grew into a professional relationship and friendship that has enriched both our business journeys.
For those of you not yet familiar (and I mean if you’re not, then where have you been and what are you doing?!) then Landlord Furniture isn’t your typical furniture supplier.
In the early days of creating HMOs, I was on the lookout for furniture that wasn’t just functional but had that bespoke touch and that would help me transform any space into a home – without feeling like I was compromising on quality.
Lisa, Dale, and their team at Landlord Furniture have been my go-to ever since, supplying solid pieces that are designed with the utmost care. Not one of my furniture pieces has broken, across multiple properties and hundreds of tenants and guests – which just goes to show their durability and quality.
Landlord Furniture pieces are definitely an investment into your property business. If you take your business seriously, then it’s time to ditch the flat-pack crap and invest in designs that reflect the quality and longevity of your properties.
Supporting local UK companies like Landlord Furniture means you’re not just avoiding fast-fad cheap rubbish, but you’re boosting the economy and ensuring your properties stand out too.
If you’ve been listening along to the podcast, or you’ve been around here for a while, then you’ll know what I always say…. ‘brand your space’. That’s why, for me, having the option for bespoke furniture is key. From creative ideas to make pieces fit perfectly in those tricky HMO spaces, to eye-catching designs that scream luxury experience in serviced accommodations, Landlord Furniture are simply the best when it comes to thoughtfulness and customisation.
Each piece of furniture comes with a 3-year warranty, so you know your investment is protected. The Landlord Furniture team is incredibly flexible, and always a pleasure to work with – especially when grappling with push-backs, delays, building processes, and tenant move-in days. With delivery, installation, and removal all taken care of, they really take a load off on the big day.
But it’s not just about the furniture or the service – as good as it is.
This partnership is also a great testament to the power of women supporting women in business. Over the years, Lisa and I have leaned on each other for business advice, support, and inspiration. It’s these kinds of relationships that remind me of the strength we have together, and why community is important – across whatever industry you work in.
But what’s their backstory?
After serving in the army, Dale (Lisa’s husband) got into the property world, it was there that he saw a gap in the market for high-quality, resilient furniture designed with landlords and tenants in mind. His mission, driven by firsthand experience, has not only filled that gap but has absolutely elevated the standard for furniture within our industry.
Which is why I am so proud and happy to announce that Landlord Furniture are now a sponsor of The BEESPACE Podcast.
Landlord Furniture Company is more than just a name you’ll hear on my show. Their work and products totally align with my commitment to bringing value to you and the community – and my drive to see standards improve across the industry.
Whether you’re a seasoned investor or you’re just starting out, understanding the importance of quality, practicality, and design in your properties is so, so important. And with Landlord Furniture, you’re not just getting furniture; you’re making an investment in your long-term success and your tenants experience in your home.
Please go and look at their range, who they are, and what they do, and discover how Landlord Furniture can transform your spaces, just as they have for me.
Thank you, Landlord Furniture, Lisa, and Dale for supporting The BEESPACE Podcast and for everything you do for our community.
