Beespace recognised for excellence in Design
We’re proud to announce that Beespace were named as finalists at this year’s East Midlands Property Dinner 2019, in the ‘Design Excellence Award’ category.
The prestigious dinner and awards ceremony celebrates the key developments and deals in the East Midlands property sector over the past year.
We were recognised for our work on what was formally an old stable turned MOT garage in Nottingham. We turned the run-down building into luxury, ‘New York meets English’ loft-style apartments, and were even featured in the Nottingham Post for our hard work on the project, officially known as LOFT.
Not only is it such an honour for our design to be recognised by the EMPD awards, but it is an absolute privilege to have run against such fantastic companies and designs in the same category.
We were particularly humbled to stand alongside the announced winner of the Design Excellence Award, the Confetti Campus HQ building by Allan Joyce Architects. The judges said the balance of function and form was spot on for this project, which was vital for such a well-used building – and we are so pleased that the award went to such an inspiring piece of architecture, that is helping to shape the lives of a future generation of creatives.
