Why Brand Your Space?

Creating a cohesive property experience

Branding your space is so important – it’s a chance to create your property brand or DNA. It should represent everything that you stand for and your values. And, it’s a surefire way to have a distinctive look in your investment area.

Branding your space is so much more than simply adding a feature wall into a bedroom, or a nice chair in the living room. The aim is to create an experience with your property, and that experience should start out on the street.

Stand out on the street, and online!

As you walk up to your property, you should be able to sense your property brand immediately. It should grab your attention, and make you feel proud! We’ve achieved this with our own projects through consistent use of on-brand exterior paint.

Early on in our property journey (way before the rest of the world started to paint everything dark grey), we began to incorporate Farrow & Ball ‘Down Pipe Grey’ on the fascia of all of our properties. We made this decision as a way of creating a local ‘brand-stamp’ and identity, consistent with the Beespace Properties brand. We’ve always received such wonderful feedback on this style, and it’s such a simple way to make your property stand out from the rest, on the street and online too!

Create impact through detail

On entering into your branded house you should see and feel all of the small details that create visual impact and long-lasting memories. Space branding is all about detail, but not repeating the same detail over and over. Instead, it’s about creating a cohesive story within the space it sits in.

It’s important to create this visual impact from the moment a potential tenant walks in. We want them to fall in love with the house before they even see the bedrooms and communal space.

How do I brand my space?

Branding your space is about impact and personality. It’s about being original and thinking differently, and creating a long-lasting experience that you connect with.
