Andy and I are extremely excited to announce the second edition of The HMO Mastermind.

If you’re new around here, or you’ve not heard us talking about The HMO Mastermind before, here’s a little overview of what exactly it is:

The HMO Mastermind is an exclusive community of forward-thinking property investors, working in collaboration to achieve their goals and build profitable, sustainable and ethical HMO property businesses.

Together, Mastermind members can face their challenges, share their successes, learn from market-leading experts and nurture best practice advice.

It’s fair to say that we’ve had a pretty incredible year with our OG Masterminders, and we’ve seen so much growth and development happen within the group. It’s made us even more excited to open up applications again for this Spring, and be joined by new members looking to excel their property businesses.

Until now, the the HMO Mastermind has only been available to more experienced investors, but that’s about to change! In May, we are launching a brand new ONLINE programme designed specifically for investors at an earlier stage in their business.

The 12-month program, taking place on the 2nd Friday of every month, will consist of online Zoom sessions, added perks (more info about this in the brochure), and the opportunity for face-to-face meets as soon as COVID guidelines allow.
