I am so excited to announce the launch of my new 1-2-1 consultancy calls. This is something I get asked for a lot.

I’ve found that developers often underestimate just how much time and energy can go into the design of a project, and many people feel totally overwhelmed by the process and having to make decisions. Particularly if they are managing multiple projects all at once at different stages – that’s a lot of decision making to be done.

During a call with me, I can be your sounding board and help you save time and money by making the right decision quickly. We can discuss design and branding within your property development, along with how to use social media effectively to create exciting opportunities and raise your profile.

My approach to design is driven by creating an experience, an environment that is unique and memorable to live in. As property developers we have a responsibility to create awesome places for people to live in, I can show you how to do that and enjoy the process.

I design by total space, particularly with HMOs this comes in very handy as most people design room by room which takes a very long time and you don’t get a cohesive product at the end and the end user sees through this, every time.

We can look at how to read a floor plan to optimize space and layouts, how to create mood boards, select the right products, and work to a budget.

I can work with you to look at your branding, discuss the look and feel, and how to pull it together to create a strong brand identity that represents your values.
