For so long the property industry has had a bad rep for being outdated, emotionless, and run solely by men. I have stood on the sidelines and watched as amazingly talented women have been put off creating profitable businesses, purely through the fear of being judged in this male-dominated environment. No more.

After the response that my #KEEPITREAL campaign had back in February, and the many conversations that followed on from that, I knew I had a responsibility to do more for the strong women of the property industry, and for all those looking to create a brighter future for their families through investing. We all want something to pass on to our kids right? I don’t want to see another women miss out on that chance because of anxiety, uncertainty, or self-doubt. And, I don’t know about you, but I want my daughter to grow up knowing that she can step into any industry she likes without fear or judgement 

Property is a long-game, but it’s made a lot easier when you have two things; access to the right information and resources, and a trusted network of like-minded people! So, using my experience and network, it’s my mission to be able to provide all of this for you, so that you can confidently grow your property business the right way.

I’ve been working really hard behind-the-scenes to create the most supportive and useful space I can for the women of the property industry. And I can now reveal that that space is coming soon, and it will be called The Hive – an exclusive, all-female members club.

I want to see The Hive challenge perceptions of this outdated industry, to create a much-needed shift in culture, and most importantly, I want it to help other women discover who they are as a brand and how they can make a real impact through good design and business practice. I believe that there is a kinder and more human-approach to property development, and my mission is to make that the standard.

Expect to see invaluable insights, tried-and-tested resources, and a structured support and branding program when we launch. And for the amazing women that join our club, get ready to become part of an exciting and empowering community – full of powerful ladies just like you.

Our community will be a safe and non-judgmental space where females at all-levels of property experience can join and thrive. As a part of The Hive you will have the opportunity to; connect with other women in property and business, get the answers you need to flourish, and to lift each other up on our property journeys – after all; empowered women, empower women.

The exclusive-nature of our members club, and our strong ethos for protecting our ‘vibe’, means that zero sharks are allowed here, we promise! No shade, no fluff, no BS.
